Policies
- After purchasing a custom listing you have 24 hours to email me the product your wanting and the details that go with it
- If there is no communication after the order is placed and no email I will have to cancel your order
- Custom Order Deposits are non-refundable
- Custom Order wait times are just estimates, the best way to ensure your product will be ready on time is to communicate with me and respond to emails in a timely manner so I can start on the products as soon as possible.
- All custom orders have a minimum total of $100
- Please refer to the current price list to get an idea for the item you’re wanting
- Graduation caps must be sent to me before I can start on your custom cap order.
- When placing your order make sure your address is correct as that is where I will be shipping your item
- Returns on ready to ship items must be sent back within 10 days of my ship out date to you
- Custom orders are not applicable for return
- Once the Custom Order Deposit is paid for you won’t able to cancel the order but you can change the item
- I do my best work when given creative freedom, but I also like to have customers send me any inspiration photos, colors, or design ideas they have for the items
- I will not copy another makers work in any way
